Our B Corp Commitment.
B Corp Certification is a distinguished designation awarded to companies that meet rigorous, verified standards of performance, accountability and transparency. This certification evaluates everything from employee benefits and charitable giving to supply chain practices and responsible sourcing.
To align with our mission to leave the world better than we found it, we have made a legal commitment by changing our corporate governance structure to ensure full accountability and transparency in our actions.
We are proud to have started our B Corp journey having already achieved B Corp Pending status and aim to achieve full B Corp certification by the end of 2026.
Promoting Sustainability with Our Clients.
We believe sustainability should be practical, purposeful and embedded from the outset of every project. Through early engagement with our clients, we actively promote and support the use of appropriate environmental and sustainability accreditations that deliver genuine ESG values.
We regularly integrate standards such as BREEAM, ActiveScore, and Passivhaus, among others, helping clients achieve accreditations that enhance asset performance, occupier wellbeing and long-term value. We don’t just like the badges though, nor do we take a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, we consider each project individually to recommend actions that are both meaningful and commercially viable.
We work closely with experienced and trusted third-party consultants to appraise the unique needs of each asset, ensuring that ESG solutions are not only credible, but also deliver measurable outcomes and cost-effective results. Our goal is always to add real value – aligning sustainability ambitions with the practical realities of commercial property.
Our Partnership with Ecologi.
We are committed to reducing our environmental impact and supporting global sustainability efforts. That’s why we’ve partnered with Ecologi, an organisation dedicated to planting trees around the world to help fight deforestation and climate change.
Through this partnership, we actively offset our carbon footprint as part of our journey toward net zero emissions. For every project or survey we undertake, a proportion of our profits is directly invested in planting trees. This tangible action helps restore forests, improve biodiversity, and mitigate the effects of climate change.
We are proud to contribute to these global efforts and continue to explore additional ways to make a positive environmental impact through our business practices.
Supporting LandAid.
We are proud to support LandAid, the property industry charity committed to ending youth homelessness across the UK. LandAid brings together the property sector to support charities delivering vital, life-changing services to young people who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.
We actively contribute to LandAid’s mission by providing pro-bono professional advice to local charities and participating in their local and regional events.

Professional excellence is at the core of everything we do. Each of our directors is a proud member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and Clarity Building Consultancy is a fully RICS-regulated company. This ensures we uphold the highest industry standards, ethics, and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
We are equally passionate about supporting aspiring Chartered Surveyors. To help candidates succeed in their final Assessment of Professional Competence (APC), we provide mock interviews and mentoring, equipping them with the confidence and skills they need to succeed.
One of our directors, Matt, is a qualified APC Assessor who regularly sits on the RICS panel to assess candidates during their final interviews. Collectively, our team has successfully mentored numerous candidates, guiding them on their journey to becoming fully qualified Chartered Surveyors.
