Before founding Clarity Building Consultancy, each of our directors held partner and director positions at leading national consultancies and are recognised experts in their field.
Together they bring over 60 years of combined experience in commercial property and construction.
We work on behalf of Landlords and Tenants across a wide range of sectors, including industrial & logistics, office, high street and out-of-town retail, build to rent, purpose-built student accommodation, hotels, life sciences and mid-tech.
Our directors are all members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), and as a RICS-regulated company, we uphold the highest industry standards in professionalism and ethics.

We believe that businesses can be a powerful force for good. We are dedicated to making a positive impact on people, communities, and the environment. To reflect this, we have embarked on the journey to become a B Corp certified company by the end of 2026, having already achieved B Corp Pending status, demonstrating our commitment to transparency and accountability.
In support of sustainability, we actively contribute to global tree planting initiatives to offset our carbon footprint on the path toward net zero. A portion of our profits is donated directly to reforestation projects aimed at combating deforestation and mitigating climate change.
